Every complaint that appears on customer complaint boards is not true all the times. It is because there are dishonest customers that make false claims to get complimentary gifts from the companies. In such cases, the online customer complaint boards are not considered as guilty as they don’t have any personal intent to harm the reputation of any company against whom the complaints have been posted.
The customers need to understand that such online platforms help others make informed decisions instead of misguiding others about companies for their own benefit. The companies can also be benefited from such complaints as they are getting feedback from the customers about their products and services. So, once a customer post a complaint against any company, he/she becomes solely responsible for the comments posted online.
If a customer is found to be dishonest or guilty, he can also be punished against his actions for a company. Therefore, it is wise to post only those experiences that have been faced by you personally. This will help in making online customer complaint platforms more reliable and trustworthy source for other customers.
