I have purchased a Maytag Washer from a company called AJ Madison.The washer arrived damaged.Maytag has made five service calls since I purchased the washer in February 2011. I have made several requests for a replacement washer. Both AJ Madison and Maytag are refusing to replace my washer. They gave me a $40 credit and have extended the warranty.I have explained that I no longer want to deal with a defective washer, which has caused me numerous inconveniences and has cost Maytag many repair dollars. I want to use this platform to make the company aware of this problem.
