I am Aparajita Chowdhury from Kolkata.
Sir we were using Reliance Modem from past few month,then this year in Feb we complained to their branch office...they kept us sending from one branch to the other.We wanted to discontinue because of their service which was pathetic.
We informed the branches and asked them to stop the service.
Even after which the continued sending us bills after bill,even after we stopped using their product and shifted to Airtel.
Now again the started calling us and harresing us with threat f legal issues if we dont clear their bill,which we never used.
Since April have been talking to their appellateAuthority THROUGH MAIL.but again they sent us a bill this month.
we kept them inform about all this,after which no action was taken.
i request you to please help us out of this.
