Several days have passed after a customer complaint has been registered against Mc Donalds. Yet, there has been no response from the company. Considering the fact that the company’s product has failed to live up to its claims, it is important that the Mc D feedbacks should be taken up seriously.
The company had introduced the Mc Spicy Paneer some time back in the market and promoted it widely through all the media. It claimed that the burger is extremely protein rich and at the same time, very spicy in flavour. As per the customer complaint, neither the customer seems to be satisfied with the item nor did she find it perfect as per the claim.
It is highly important that the complaint should be well met with. If the complaint is not met with then there are chances that there will be more customer complaints. It is high time that the company should improve the quality of the taste and also meet their customers’ expectations.
